No there's not, and there's no good reason to do so, you loose a lot of benefits by using a Canva Website.

Hello there! That's a great idea! You can create a professional and fully customizable website using Canva. Here's how you can publish your website: 1. From the top menu, select Publish Website. 2. From the dropdown, select if you want a navigation menu or not. The menu options will be based on your design’s page titles. 3. Select Free domain if you want to publish to a Canva domain or select Use my existing domain to use a domain you own. If you want to purchase a new domain now, select Purchase a new domain. 4. Select Continue. 5. Set up your domain in the next screen, then select Continue. 6. Review or update your website settings (URL slug, site description, password protection, and more). 7. Select Publish or Pay and publish if you're purchasing a new domain. You may also refer to it here: canva.com/help/designing-websites/ However, please note that while you can create a website and display your digital content on it, Canva doesn't currently support e-commerce features.
