There;s some problem with the video from 1:20 up to 2:20. It stucks at Calculated Insights builder while your are showing reservation records etc. Though the explanation and hands-on is great!

This video is great, but when you talk about sample reservation data, the screen is not showing anything, it keeps showing the CI builder screen

this is the fourth video in this series I've watched, and its also the fourth video where people have commented on it and asked questions to help them understand the content better, but have been totally ignored by the "Salesforce Developers" who posted it. And now I get to the fourth clip and 2 people have commented that the video itself is physically corrupted, and again . totally ignored. Its very very (very) disappointing that a company like Salesforce just outputs these videos from their advocates, and then fail to engage with the viewers in any way. Its not like they're being overwhelmed by comments - you know too many to respond to individually - there's just a few. Like I said, very very disappointing.
