How did you get stroke and fill to open up on top?

If you view in the top there is an option for different layouts. I choose the all windows layout. That should let you adjust the fill and stroke of lines and shapes.

You will have to copy and paste it into the same time line then pre compose it to keep it clean. Access the Pre comp and everything will be in there and adjustable. Hope that helps! Thanks for the comment, cheers!
