for image resizing, you can double click on the image and select the crp, and the adjust the image as you like double click on image >> crop >> resize

The easiest way for image positioning is you can hold ALT and Double click on the image then you can move the image where you want inside the shape.

You can move image from fill just click the fill aur phir usme jhan se apne image select ki fill ma se whan fill ko click krne ke baad ail aur option ayega crop ka usko click karle u can move the picture
