The client didn't like the coat with aluminum oxyde, can I cover it again with a coat of epoxy gloss?

Thanks for the comment! Yes, you can recoat it! You will need to thoroughly sand it before recoating, though. The coating has a 24hour recoat window and the aluminum oxide makes it get even harder. The sooner you sand it the easier it'll be. A floor buffer with sanding screens is best we we've found to do this. I'll leave a link to another video explaining this. Could you put this over a polyaspartic top coat? To knock down the shine.

yes you can! if you are within the re-coat window you are good to go, if you are outside the re-coat window you will need to sand the polyaspartic first.

Hi am very interested in this rockhard topcoat. Can i use this topcoat in garage and places where there is some exposure to sunlight? Also is it safe to use this topcoat instead of using polyaspartic?

Thanks for the comment! The Rook Hard Urethane is UV stable, so garage floors or other areas that get direct sunlight would be fine. The durability of Rock Hard is comparable to polyaspartic and would definitely be an alternative topcoat option. The thing you would lose is speed. If it's on a garage floor, it would need at least 48hrs before driving on it. Please let us know if you have any other questions on this. Thanks for checking out our channel👍

Any advantage to adding this to polyurea top coat
@DecoCreteTV6 ай бұрын
Thanks for the comment! Yes, this product would offer the same benefits in Polyurea as it would with Polyurethane or Polyaspartic. You may need to adjust the dosage for the difference in solid content. Thanks for watching Deco-Crete TV!!!
