Can you do this without projecting the negative thoughts at the beginning? I really like this video and love your channel and I relax instantly but I don’t think those thoughts about my sp at all. I do like your relaxing voice and the format of the video! The music changes and the pep talk at the end… any possibility of doing these without assuming that we all think negatively about our sp?
