Unfortunately we can't go more level 99 so the important stats in my opinion are : Health 20 Lv: increase Health meter from 3 to 7 . Ki 19 Lv: reduce ki consumption from transform,teleport,dodging and ki attacks. Attack 20 Lv: increase all physical and ki attacks to x2 doubled. Guard 20 Lv: decrease enemy attack DMG to 50% half. Arts: increase all physical and ki attacks to x1.5. Note if you max attack with arts all physical and ki attacks increase to x3 doubled. Other stats like ability that increase the effect of equipment or items also Comm are ignored.

I remember leveling up the com stat and letting the cpu beat up foes in that mode where you fought different characters at different levels. My SS4 Goku with 10×Kamehameha was a beast lol. This video reminded me of that memory.

When it is finished : It's a more complexe code which involves making characters switch characters or transformation when a particular potara is put inside their inventory. For example, playing with Gogeta or with Piccolo (Fuse with Kami) will be part of the same code when it will released.

Lol I have a few videos planned (Codes for having more coherent opponents in Tournament, One-hit KO strategies with some characters, I haven't seen everywhere, etc...) but I'm currently focusing on Budokai 3, because with the community we have made impressive progresses when it comes to modding this game, which can be easily translated into cheat codes (so everybody can play with them with just a simple 80ko pnach file).

Open the pnach file which correspond to your version of the game with a text editor (like Notepad++) and search for the text : 5) CREATE LEVEL 99 CHARACTERS (USEFUL IN THE STORY MODE AND IN DRAGON ARENA) . Then, use the possible values I have listed to edit the characters stats. By default, all the characters stats are 00000014 , which correspond to 20 in normal numbers. And you can change this easily. For example, if you want a particular Stat (like Attack) to be 15 and not 20, then replace 00000014 by 0000000F . All the values which you can use are indicated in the pnach file.

I have made some codes for Infinite World but for the moment there doesn't exist codes which change the characters power. However, it may be possible to give more or less attack bonus and ki bars to each characters transformations and base form. I will have a look (but not now because I have other codes to finish first).
