Thank you! I had to figure out some adjustment, hopefully I made this beautiful brush correctly. Am I supposed to have two colors to choose for this brush? I picked two dark colors from the colors to get a lovely look.

Hi Debbie. This is a single-color brush, so no need to pick a second color. The blend mode of the grain with the shape is what gives it that seemingly 3D effect. :)

You probably have an older version if you have an older iPad.

Hi, Mia. I'm sorry, I don't think I understand the question. If you're trying to import a texture or brush shape in the source library, I don't think that's possible in PROCREATE. Once a brush is created with pasted shapes or textures it does not become part of the source library but is just its' own thing. Is that what you are referring to?

For some reason when I paste the shape it reverts to an oval and everything is off after that point. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Most likely you are creating your shape on a screen-size or wide canvass. You need to create it with a square canvass. Is that it? :)

Check the color you are drawing the shape with. It needs to be PURE WHITE otherwise it will have opacity.

It needs a pressure-sensitive stylus for the effect to work, I'm afraid. :)
