First you register in Govt. odisha tender site using your DSC. After that you can login and participate in lastest tender.

@@skmr180 in any document you have to mention your firm name along with proprietor name. Like ABC LTD. (firm name) Prop. Xyg (Owner name), IN this way you can manage because both name will be there so less change of objection.

Yes you can use your name but every where you have to write your company name along with your name and designation. What about your name in GST Certificate. If possible add your name in GST certificate.
