create new user

Attention
Logging in by username/password is not considered as secure as logging in by certificate.
The company Otto Bihler Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG advises against activating this permanently.
It may be necessary for the user administration to be activated by a Bihler employee, this applies to software versions 2.0.
In order to create users for authorisation on the server, at least the user level Supervisor is required in the VC1 control, this corresponds to the highest user level available for the customer.
The users of the VC1 control are independent of the users of the OPC UA server and no users are existing at delivery.
The user "Observer" corresponds to read access.
The user "Operator" corresponds to read & write access.
