Thanks for your comments. Generally notification created for maintenance request from other departments so it is necessary to finish the maintenance within specific date and time. That is the main reason when we create the notification we maintain dates.

Sorry for the late reply...M1 is the standard notification of SAP and Z1 is the same notification which is created with reference to the standard notification.
