Correct me if iam wrong! Office365 word is a licensed version thats the reason you have the option to export to ppt if you goto the option FILE. For me the ppt option is disabled. If i need to enable , do i need to purchase that?? or is there any alternate way to shift the content from chatgpt to ppt

There is no specific option to enable this option specifically. But you can check below prerequisites - 1. The ‘Export to PowerPoint’ feature in Word for the web is only available in English. 2. Also, this feature is not available in the Internet Explorer or Safari browsers. If you are using one of these browsers, you might not see the ‘Export to PowerPoint’ option. 3. This is a 'Preview' feature and gradually being rolled out to all regions. 4. If you’re using the desktop version of Word, this option will not be available. You need to open your Word document using web version of Microsoft Office as I shown in the video. Once you open the file, then you need to go to File menu and from there you should get 'Export' option. Under 'Export', -'Export to PowerPoint Presentation' option should be there. Considering it's a 'preview' feature, sometime Microsoft takes time to roll out new features. If you still can't find this option, there is another way to generate PowerPoint presentation using ChatGPT and MS Office products. I am in process to record that video. Please stay tuned.

Thank you for your kind words 😊. If you need to create a quick presentation of 8-10 slides, MS Office method will be more appropriate. Canva will be really helpful if you need to generate multiple slides and you have contents ready. Canva also have a huge collection of quality presentation templates compared to MS Office.

Gamma and Tome are two good AI tools to generate presentations but those are not FREE. But both tools generate excellent quality presentations.

Thank you for your comment 😊. There are few things to check if you are not getting all 10 slides. 1. When you are generating initial content from ChatGPT, are you getting all details? If not, re prompt to get your desired content. 2. When you are creating the Word document, please check if Word is able to recognize all your slide heading texts as Heading. Or else, manually change the text style to Heading text in Word. 3. If your initial content generated using ChatGPT is correct and text is properly formatted in Word, you should get all 10 slides. Please let me know if you are getting any specific error in any step. I will try to find out a solution for the same.

Each heading should be properly formatted as a heading (using Heading styles in Word), and the content under each heading should be in normal text format. This helps PowerPoint recognize and properly place both headings and content on your slides. Another tip is to ensure there's a clear separation between your headings and content. A simple return (Enter) or newline between the heading and the content can sometimes make all the difference.
