I tried to add the HTML code, I followed your instructions but it still says "Please enter the HTML embed code"

@@jeckaanaya Canva made an update to the embed and its causing and issue with adding the embed while in the Canva app. We cannot update this quickly as we need to go through a review process with Canva to make changes to the app. However we can help you achieve your goal still. Can you please toggle off the enable video, music. You will then be able to continue. Once you’ve saved your design to CreatEcards website, you will be able to paste the html embed code once you are in the CreatEcards website. We are making a help article about this. We will post a link to the help article later today. Sorry about this issue.

hi i want to ask is it possible to automatically change the name on the invitation for every guest? and can i send the invitation by whatsapp? thanks

@@이하스세드 hi. Thanks for your question. You cannot change the name in the Canva design for each person. Regarding WhatsApp yes, you can share your invitation via WhatsApp!

Is there a reason why the embedded HTML plays audio and video in the “check your embed” mode, but will not play when sending it out. Any ideas or suggestions to make it work?

@@melodychaddupre2651 hi there. Please make sure the phone you are using it on has the physical mute switch not on mute the audio should then play no problems on your sent invite. If that’s not the issue, please contact our support and we will take a look at it. Thanks
