It’s the property of the individual creator who recorded the video not amazon. So it’s really a reuse grey area. Short answer is technically no you’re not supposed to use other people’s videos. Long answer is more like yes you can get away with it if you’re editing their video enough, adding to it to improve it, etccc (falls under reuse). Hope that helps clarify!

Someone told me you can get your account banned using stock images from say a showcase product without having the physical product to make a video and there are also some FTC issues with this. Can you please help me understand if this is true or not and maybe if its not how to best stay out of problems. TikTok affiliates yes. Using this software no b/c you’d need to access the site and edit around a bit. But you can record videos on your own right from your phone and link products from your phone in the app. You can even edit videos on your phone with adobe, capcut, or within TikToks editor.
