If you make friends with yourself, you will never be alone.
This guided meditation is designed to create a friend that is always there for you. Together you will go on an adventure and then design a safe place just for the two of you. Whenever you’re feeling lonely, you can return to this place.
We all feel lonely at times and need somebody to talk to. But nobody knows you better than you know yourself.
This might seem odd, but that’s only because it’s unusual.
Benefits of having an imaginary friend as an adult -
Research has shown that it is actually helpful to talk to yourself. There is already a voice in your head, so you might as well give it boundaries and structure. Then use it as an outlet to express how you feel and get yourself talking.
This is something we naturally do as children that we get talked out of as adults to fit into society. Though it might seem strange to do this out loud in public. In the privacy of your own home is a different story. Don’t let anybody tell you what’s normal. We all live in our own You-niverse. You don’t have to believe me. Give this a try and be led by your own results.

Mine is anna! I never saw her before but i will soon enough i always feel lonely in school i willl search for her! She will be on my side all the time. I had never heard of this verbiage before. I looked into it and I would say yes. We all have intuition. When we give our intuition a name and an image it strengthens the connection to it.
