For the last way, how can you place a library block with a specified layer. E.g. if you import a milling maschine in a plant and it must be at predefined layer milling maschine without changing from layer 0 to layer milling maschine before. Thank you. A comfort point for the user.

I can see block option on my tool bar but there is not block library or block palette, would you help me couse I have tried to find the solution but for unfortunatley I can't find till now
