One thing I wanna know is how can I make sure that my building is in the middle of the territory. I made my own base the first time and after I finish it I noticed that it was made on the left side of my territory range and theres alot of space left on the right side. Any tips? Thanks!

You should see a home icon at the center of your territory while building your house; this marks the center of your base and serves as your spawn point.

Yes, the tree will grow back again, even if someone cuts it down.

No, once you place any obstacle above the trees you've cut down, they will no longer grow. In the video, you'll notice there's a 4x4 empty block left around the trees to prevent them from being cut down, which is why it looks like it's part of the base design.
