Creating a Cherry Blossom Soap: Fancy Soap Tops

I made a soap similar to this about three years ago and I swore I would never do it again...and then this year I was like it's such a pretty soap I should do it again...and as I was making all the flower cut outs I remembered why I swore I'd never do it again! These soaps were A LOT of work, but I do love the top!
