At 12:19 there's no arrow there with the association, so it's not clear whether the diagram is saying the patient has a physician or the physician has a patient.. i.e. which class refers to which attribute.

Straight away, within one minute, at 0:58, you say you go ahead and make your work area larger, and you don't explain what you're doing to do that. I see it can be done by holding ctrl and dragging the edges of the box

For consistency, I'd go PERSON, not People. Re the new (person) method, I don't think a patient should be able to make 'new', but see what you were trying to achieve. still no clue on aggregation etc

Nice but I would specify that a database is organized to minimize/negate redundancy along a “relational” model but a Class of an Object - aggregates - the attributes into a meaningfully/useable representation of an entity… regardless of the relational organization… so there would be a Relation-to-Object translation occurring (behind the scenes) hence not data in a “rest” state but data instantiated into a process. 😏
