How do you activate the color picker at 0:56?

Click a visual > Format > Data colours > More Colours. That's how you do it at an individual visual level. This colour will be now appear moving forward in recent colours. I will explain in the next video how to create a theme of set colours across a report once you have a colour pallet.

@@Transformita Sorry, I wasn't specific enough. I'm asking about the eyedropper. Of course opening the base color picker is easy! I just don't see a way to get the eyedropper that I see on your screen from that color picker.

That's photoshop, I find it quicker to design within it, the key is knowing what's the limitations of Power BI
