In case anyone is wondering - to activate the animation toolbar, you will need to close and reopen sketchup after you install it initially. That took me a few minutes to figure out. Now onto the rest of the tutorial!

Is there any solutions for the animation to run smoothly? When i go further adding a movement the animation itself starts to lag and doesn't move smoothly

Not really - moving animation functionality hasn't been added in Enscape. Vray would probably do it
