why the color values you choose are so precise? We also need to do the same? is there any guideline available we should read?

great video! I was wanting to change the paint layer to a blueish colour, but i noticed when i do that the clouds remain grey on top of the paint. Is there a quick method for solving that so that the clouds do not cover the paint colour? Many thanks for such a great tutorial!

Put the "paint" layers inside a group and put a passthrough layer on top where you change the color using a fill / filters. I usually had a HUE / Sat layer on top of my layer stack where I can easily tweak my colors (affects shadows, highlights, etc)
