Using the last prussic instead of making a truckers hitch loop is great!!!

thank you , great video , just changed my set up to this thanks to you as i had the tarp set with prussits on the square and if i wanted to change to the diamond it ment undoing knots and messing about , so now going from ground to hammock will be a lot less hastle . cheers pal.

I have an extremely similar setup. Due to my nervous system being a mess, I have much less fine motor control of my hands. So instead of the toggles, I used small carabiners and a Niteize cam jam on the end to tension the line. It's not exactly how I would prefer the ridge line to be, but sometimes you have to adapt best you can to keep going.

That sounds a good setup to. We all have to adapt to our needs that’s why we make good bushcrafters.
