I'm also making a realistic career as a manager, I created a club called Sigma Dresden, I took the "Sigma" part of the name from the real Czech club Sigma Olomouc, because I live in Olomouc, I put the club in the third Bundesliga. Now mind you it has a story: the club was founded during the second world war when the Sudetenland was occupied by Germany, so a couple of Czech Sudeten decided to start a club in Dresden (because Dresden is the closest to the Czech Republic, and big enough) a club that contained only Czechoslovak players. After the war the club remained German, and now after a long time the club has been bought by a Czech, let's say maybe Křetinský, and he plans to make it a team with only Czech and Slovak players again. Once the whole team is only of these nationalities, it will be forbidden to buy players of other nationalities. Here I took a little inspiration from Athletic Bilbao, which can only have players from the Basque Country, for the jerseys, and the name I took inspiration from the aforementioned club Sigma Olomouc, the jerseys are based on the symbols of the Olomouc region, more precisely the two eagles on top, the coat of arms also has an eagle in it. The goal is clear to make it a big club. The coach is Jan Koller, assistant coach Tomas Rosický, sport director Pavel Nedvěd, and goalkeeper coach Petr Čech. Rivals Dynamo Dresden, and Sigma Park as stadium. Currently the biggest rating is 94, the restrictions are really tough.

Mate I'm recommendation is try to play fifa 12 carrer mode in the lower leagues the strict negotiations make it hard to lure top talents so you must sign old players with deals ending im doing Hereford before they got liquidated in 2014 so im signing however I can get old players with less then 70 ratings I only have a budget of £500K

I’m doing a World Super League with Shakhtar Donetsk(edited the English pyramid). Starting in league 2 where I can sign any Ukrainian player and Brazilians from the age of 18-23 outside European clubs. Challenges Have to sell the Brazilians once I get a profitable offer above 35%+ of the current value and have stayed at the club for more than 2 seasons. Youth academy only focused in Ukraine.

Does anyone else have an issue where other teams will only ever offer loans to buy and if you propose a standard loan they refuse 100% of the time? Very frustrating.

Just delegate the offer and change it to one year the delegation usually ends up with short, 1 yr or 2 yr without buy option

Pick a Lower league team with low budgets and see how you can do that or pick Wrexham and put them in league 2
