Hi guys, I have been producing for a while now, but I always get stuck on EQ-ing. How do you choose specific low cut frequencies, for instance? How do you know you need to cut, taking this video as an example, the Blue bass channel on 80 Hz? :-? If someone could point me in the right direction, I will be very grateful. Thanks guys!

Hi all, is it possible to creat the same bassline (with all layers) by using only Massive and Sylenth1? cause as i am beginning, am not planning to buy other synth as Synthmaster and Blue... If yes, it would appreciate any tutorial! Thanks in advance

You get synthmaster free with the magazine issue 199 not sure about blue...but I,m sure you could recreate the bass in sylenth1.

I've always wondered how it appears the pattern of those bass-lines seem to change once they are not played solo.

There's usually no bass note on the 1st, 5th, 9th and 13th because that is where the kick hits, so when you solo it, it sounds like the 2nd, 6th, 10th and 14th notes are those notes.

Also side chaining make it soundless when kick comes.
