Beautiful Work/Art Paper Bag Works Really Well on projects like these ones as well I like to buy that kind of brown paper on a Roll... for bigger projects I use a white simple glue on the paper first (Kind of soke it Not To Much then arrange it on the canvas the way you want it (NOT FLAT) you can also do mountain lakes and tree scenes and just paint them afterwards Let it dry completely (the reason for the glue is to help the paper stick to the canvas) and if you want you can layer it If you get your paper bag paper down just right on the canvas or a pc of wood And you DRY Brush a mixture of Brown Tones (Shoe Polishes) over the creased paper You will get a LEATHER EFFECT play with it till you get it exactly the way you want it You can add a Small Amount Black in certain spots to get depth... or just draw thin long black lines from top to bottom Randomly ___________ Just a suggestion 🤭 I'm a Professional Artist🎨🖌 50+ years Reproduction Artist Graphic Artist Acrylic & Water Color and Photographer

@mona2242 Hi Mona! Yes, you're exactly right. Typically, the resin starts off as transparent, but I customize it by adding black acrylic paint to achieve that rich, black color.
