Another awesome tip is when walking with your stick, every tap of contact with the Earth can be an engaging way to ground excess nervous or unhealthy energies. Simply do a walking style meditation on a trail in which you will not be disturbed. Walk and visualize your energy making contact with the earth through your stick/staff and push that energy down and through the Earth. I visualize a blackish-red energy that I channel through my body and into the ground below. Then I visualize pulling a very bright blue energy from the sky above into my body. A staff can act as a receiver and a projector tool for magick. Where I find something like a wand is more of a primarily projective tool. The key is to walk one way until you reach the "end" of your desired walk; pushing your unwanted energies deep into the earth below. Then turn back on the same trail once you feel relief and walk back to the beginning of where you started all the while receiving the lighter energies of above. Think of it like powering down a computer after it begins to overheat and become bogged down with excessive code. Then turning it back on at the end and starting with a fresh CPU. The Earth can be recieved as well and the same for releasing into the Sky. It's all a matter of which energy you are working with, what structure you follow, etc Be Blessed, I hope whoever reads this finds relief during this stressful year. May you release all that no longer serves you and may you take in only that which makes you whole. ⬆️ As Above. So Below. ⬇️

Well done. My friend made me a walking stick when I was 20 years old out of Willow I am 55 now I still have it. I have climbed many mountains with it my walking stick saved my life more than once it has always been a comfort to me I have used it in a very spiritual minded way all these years I'm looking at it right now there is a lot of energy in it thank you for this video I love your ways even though I am a man and a musician

I made one years ago with a naturally shed antler and my crystals and evergreens. I used pine pitch to attach my crystal to my walking stick. It was truly beautiful. It has since been taken apart but you have inspired me to do another one. Thank you. Solstice Blessings❄️❄️❄️

Great video, I'm down here in Florida, so we don't have the beautiful snowy white Winters. I worked on decorating my altar, yesterday. I hope you and your family have a blessed Yule and holiday season. 🙏🎄🕯️🌞
