Hmm, this seems super useful. I'm wanting to do something like this, but much more limited, just to the US. I want something that can draw state and county boundaries quickly, but can also do intensive math for demographic shifts. I'm thinking C++ with qt gui, but svg for the map. I was originally using Flash, but it's just too much data and calculations for Flash.

Too bad you decided to make a website and then tried to make it look like an instead of making a REAL app. That one decision means it will NEVER end up on any of my devices even though something similar to this would be useful for a traveller like me. One wrong decision like making PWA spam can lose you a lot of users or potential business.
