I did this on my house using a $180 sheet of pvc when it would have cost $300 each to get them pre made. The only thing I did differently is as I do with all my pvc post wraps is I ran the pieces through a router table I have dedicated to a freud interlocking miter bit. This way you can make your track saw cut’s square instead of on a 45° angle and you don’t need any tape when you clamp them together.
