How stable is it?

Very stable, the problem I would say would be gaurds durability but all you have to do is add like something that could fill the space eg. Glue, more cardboard

Could you give us a list of material you used?

Yeah sure, for this sword it was very simple it's just cardboard, paper, paint, hot glue gun, a metal rod or any strong pole of some sorts examples wood or plastics, and tape that's pretty much it👍

What was that final coat you added at the end? Epic sword display :D

Aye thanks 😁 the final coat was high gloss varnish it protects the sword a bit and makes things sun resistant and just overall makes the craft look more completed I got high gloss but you can just you regular varnish
