Creating Dynamic Shadow Effects with Mouse Tracking | Style Elements Relative to Mouse Position

In this video, we will track mouse movement and position relative to the div container and cast the shadow on the h1 title based on mouse movement and its position. I will be using React with Typescript and Tailwindcss for this project. However, you can also get the same effect by following the concept I show in this video using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
