Is it also possible to cut twisted wings? Where the incidence angle changes from root chord to tip chord?

Just the right thing that I was looking for. thank you for sharing. I might have only one question: in ``devfoam pro`` do you have to option to rotate the wing to cut heavily tapered wings? thank you.

Your welcome it was a struggle when I first started trying to learn the ropes before cutting wings so I know where your coming from. Yes you can manipulate the positioning of the root and tip within Devfoam to account for swept wings.

Ahmad. A tapered wing with a smaller tip chord is done primarily the same way. I can run you through a screen share and quickly show you how to do it via Skype. Look me up on Facebook to connect.

So u don’t actually write the code u jus drag and drop the image and it writes the code right?

Software does all the complex calculations to create the actual Gcode. That Gcode obviously tells the machine where to move, and position itself on the X Y Z A axis and at what speed to turn on or off functions an so on. You can open Gcode in notepad and look at the code, edit it and make changes manually. To sit down and write 10,000 lines of code and know what it will do would be difficult I am sure. :)

It’s been awhile since I’ve talked about this but what’s the software and how much is it?
