There is a plot of land you can buy at the bottom of the giant forge area too! It's past the shop with the molds you found down there and has the other end of the conveyor belt doo-dad you saw at the entrance of that whole area up top by the snow

You should check out that big mine in the snow area, there’s a plot down at the bottom of it that you could make a new set up at and generate a lot more money with conveyors to bring stuff up and down plus you can export everything straight to your truck from down at the bottom

The forge area is the way you got more drill and harvester to automated by water because you only can buy once and it will never get sell again and you need a heavy iron bar to make the drill and harvester and there is mine down the forge area
