I absolutely love that pitcher! The flowers were beautiful! I love how you all still gather to eat, and decorate the tree together. Such special family time during the Christmas season! Nice tree Aaron! When we were kids it always drove me crazy that we didn't just bring the tree home & put it in the house so I could really smell it once it heated up from the woodstove. But we would either go into the mountains to get our tree or we went to a tree farm to cut one down. The we would go home, dad would trim the lower branches & get it in the stand. Then mom would spray it with Raid so no or very few hitch hikers came into the house. Then it set outside for the night. The next day mom & dad would flock the tree early in the day so it could dry & we could bring it in the house & we could decorate it. NOTHING beats the smell of a Douglas Fir. Your tree is beautiful & I love how the dogs are included in family activities.

I was wondering if you have ever tries bleaching the white interior of the enameled cast iron pots. I have a couple and that's howI keep them white. Just wash and rinse really. See if that helps.
