You don't need to add mulch on top if you already have landscape fabric. The two are for the same purpose of suppressing weeds. You can just have a thick layer of mulch if you want to take off the landscape fabric.

You are doing an amazing job. I love your passion for gardening. Soil and mulch is very expensive to buy. Have you considered buying it in bulk? Some garden centers will dump 2 to 3 yards directly into the bed of your truck. That is what we do and it saves money but not really because I just keep buying more plants. 😂 or it can be delivered for a small fee.🤷‍♀️ Beautiful yard, so enjoy your channel. ❤

That’s how we buy all our compost and mulch. We go to the landscaping company and tell them what we need. They tell us where to park and they take their front end loader and dump it into the bed of our truck. So much cheaper and then we use a wheelbarrow to unload.
