Salam alaikum Irfan and family, just a special note for Amma. Making agar agar (aka: Kadal paasi) is very simple if you use the powder version. Use 1 teaspoon in 300ml of cold water. Bring to boil with flavouring of your choice. Hope it helps :) Great to see your content.

Great Idea, but don't serve custard in it because if it tends loose it chilness it will not be good. To make economical you can choose good quality kadalai mittai it is healthier as well.
