$650 is a FRACTION of any dress, including david's bridal, let alone a custom made dress. They did alright imho. My dress was $300, but it was from Macy's and was never meant to be bridal. Bridal dresses require custom fittings, which raise the price quite a bit, so i went ready-to-wear. I had heard David's had $100 dresses, but mine only had bridesmaid dresses at that price. I did find a $300 dress there, but after alterations, would have been close to $700, and still wasn't my dream dress; and didn't include shoes, a veil, make-up, hair, or accessories. Y'all; 650 for a custom high-lo, IN BRIDAL, is cheap af. For any other event; i would agree with you. In fact! That company that did your custom celeb dupes - waaaaaay better - but, BET, ypu tell them you want the dress for a wedding, they'd charge you 3x as much, just cuz they can!

I think, if you're gonna order a wedding dress online, the corset style is not the best choice - that thing needs to be fitted in person, or at least have a professional take the measurements. I wonder if you could order a custom dress with a little extra in the measurements, and then have it altered to fit perfectly once it arrives. The prices seem very affordable, for a wedding dress.

Wedding and prom dresses are hella expensive. My wedding dress was a sample and cost $450 in 2007. I recently helped host a consignment sale for special occasion wear and the original prices of prom dresses were $500-900 and the wedding dresses ranged from $2-10k.

Okay, I got my wedding dress from Lunss and I was so nervous about it, but it was BEAUTIFUL and I was so happy with it. Also, I was very specific about what I wanted and sent images of dresses that all dresses super close in design. Also, I would recommend getting the design sketch if you can afford it.

I got my wedding dress from Lunss and they did an amazing job I did have it taken in a little bit but they gave exxxaaaccttttyyyy what I wanted. That said mine was a full length satin under dress with a fully beaded mesh overlay and I gave them a lot of edits off a dress on their site. The quality isn't crazy crazy good and I paid 650 but it was exactly what I wanted and I looked everywhere for the kind of dress I wanted

My dress was $3500 after purchasing, shipping with a rush (almost didn't get it in time for my wedding) and alterations because it wasn't custom made. Is it beautiful absolutely, was it worth it, absolutely not. Biggest regret. Would much rather do a custom dress for $1000 than purchase from a store. Go to a bridal store to try a bunch on see what you like even take photos from real dresses and then send it off to this company.

You can get married not have children, divorce then never see that person again in any capacity if you don't want. It seems like you guys don’t understand the value of peoples time put into certain dresses or garments. These dresses took a lot of time and I am absolutely positive that the people who made them were underpaid. I made my friends wedding dress as a gift to her and spent so much time on it that it’s ridiculous. She paid for cost of materials and a teeny tiny bit over that I can’t remember the total outcome. But making a garment to fit someone that’s not even there to do custom fittings or try on’s is really difficult and these people have created a garment that fits you that actually is what you actually asked for and you’re worried that it’s too much money? It’s too expensive?! I’m sorry that is ridiculous these kinds of things take time and effort and skill to accomplish and paying people a living wage for the work that they do is not something you should criticize! So I’m a little bit frustrated with this video. I think you both look amazing but I also think your expectations for the price of the garment are very overrated and exaggerated! Love Clevver, long time subscriber but Disappointed that you guys don’t take fast fashion seriously, especially when it comes to intricate garments like wedding dresses!
