Just a couple of things, cmyk means cyan, majenta, yellow and black, and that format is intended for professional print houses. If the intended target is for inkjet printing at home, than RGB gives the same and usually better results. Print houses that use the large Indigo inkjets etc are also fine with RGB and you won't see any appreciable difference. Also most inkjet printers now print full bleed as long as the correct photo paper is used and the full bleed setting is chosen. Any printer advertised as a photo printer in the past ten years should have this feature, though the sizes available may be limited by model. So no trimming necessary in most cases. Thank you for your video. I have a question. If you provide 5 PDF files in the largest print option, isn't that enough to print say a 2:3 ratio in any size? For instance if the customer want to print in 4x6 or 24x36, as long as you provide a file in 24x26 at 300dpi then either the 4x6, the 24x36, or anything in between in the same 2:3 ratio will print perfectly? Correct? Just making sure since I just started my store and don't want bad reviews! lol

Yes that's correct, if you save at the largest size your customers can print out any size smaller in that ratio simply by selecting the size they want in their print options. 💖

Hi Liz, I use the Canva pro account and if you save your design as a JPEG and increase the file size, the resulting image is 300dpi, so it isn't just the PDF that is high-resolution. Am I thinking of something else, please clarify for me, thankyou. Michael.

We tested the scroll and everything we downloaded as a png or jpeg was still compressed to 72 dpi when we opened the files and checked them in photoshop. So if it's now 300 dpi I'd be very happy.. I'll do a few tests over the next week and see 💕

@@ItsLizPeck Thank you for your video! What I now do is to download the file as JPG from Canva and then increase the dpi to 300 by using one of the tools your have mentioned. Is that ok? Before that I also used to first download the files as PDFs. Thank you!

Hi liz, first of all thank you so much for this video this info was so much helpful to me Please can you answer me this Question i have stuck with me for so long like month now. i really believe you just might have this answer as i am trying to understand ETSY's Algorithm i have 1) Question on Ranking of ETSY product, basically SEO of the Product Suppose in a Situation where Someone create Product as same as me and copy my SEO word to word Phrase by Phrase and even myCategory! So can you tell me if i do so is there any chance they would appear side by side to me? 2) I wanted to know how to choose tags and have watched 100's of videos and read quite lot of article as well but there's one thing i am missing. and that is can you tell me if there is any way i am able to see Competitors tags stats?Meaning i want to check which of there Product's tags helped them to get more views or to gain Traction from the Audience. like is there any way i can find this or any tool which can help me with this ? thank you so much in Advance

The best thing to do is to always create your original files as the largest print size you're offering. This way you can copy and reduce your file sizes without losing any quality. If your images are clear at the largest size, then they will be clear at all the smaller sizes 😉
