If you use screen sniping more than full screenshots you can change 'Prt Scr' to open snipping tool in Accessibility > Keyboard so you just need to press one key rather than 3

I especially like the idea of taking actual screenshots and incorporating them into the service documentation. The more info you have in the history of a system, server, network devices can save crucial time. This is a great topic. Thanks, take care.

Yes! Visuals makes it easier to understand. I always add screenshots if possible when I document something. Thank you and I'm glad you liked the topic. It's also an important task we do in tech. Take care too!

@@EastCharmer It is more or less what I expected, having done the same with non-professional troubleshooting. But knowing industry best practices in format, et al., seems good for employers.

@EastCharmerАй бұрын
@diazepamkit how am I supposed to respond to an entitled comment like this? You didn't even ask nicely. This is my true character. I'm not allowing people to talk to me like this too and I always respond respectfully if the comment is also respectful. You talk about character but you don't see anything wrong on your comment? Does that have character the way you just said it? And also, also think that not just because someone made a video about an IT topic means they can make a video on all the topics out there. So you can't just ask people to make a video about something
