i suggest if you do make a photorealistic scene that you use the pidgeon toolbag addon, it is cheap, easy to use and has camera effects and presets to replicate the camera sensor and lens imperfections

This is a cabin in the woods. Very rare case that shows more of the landscape and assets than actual architecture. If you want to do archviz showcase an apartment building in the city or at least a detached home in suburbs.

What i recommend to cut down that video time so you get more views is more editing on the parts that are not necessary to be shown and maybe use after effects to add some effects and illustrations like other channels
