Please verify if my understanding is correct. @RestController provides the ability to accept http verb. and which particular verb has to be accepted can be decided with @GetMapping(or similar). I came to this because what if we have 2 controllers and both have just the annotation @RestController and no other annotation of get/post/put/delete. In that case if we just run localhost:8080 which class will actually get hit since both are rest controller and no other annotations.

Sir, here you haven't created any object/annotation inside the package entity . Then , how do the members/methods of the class JournalEntry will be used (without creating object ) and accessible or added to the spring IOC/application context as you said in previous lectures.
