Point the wavemaker at the surface. You will get more oxygen defusion that way. Airstone is just for extra surface agitation, not much in the way of O2 actually defuses into the water column.

Thank you. I have wave maker pointed to the surface in the latest version of this biotope. Certainly makes a difference!

It looks awesome! I love zebra plecos. Are you going to add anything else fish wise? Or is your intention to breed?

Thank you! I will probably only keep zebras there. I'd love to breed them, but they re too young, it would take them another year to mature. I'm thinking of other fish options but high temperature and strong current severely limit my options
