Why do you have to convert it if you already downloaded as svg?

Great Tutorial, But what if you don't have Powerpoint software, is there a free software that can also work?

Yes there is a program called photopea which does a very similar thing. I haven’t used it, but I’ve seen it used in other tutorials. Maybe check it out and let me know how you go 👍

How to do it on Mobile?

There is a frame maker app in Canva but it doesn’t work on mobile just yet. I haven’t fully explored this process on the mobile using the different applications yet. I’m thinking it may be easier to use the computer for this process.
