I feel like it should be second chances 2. We already had winners at war and most of the cast you picked are people from that cast. With second chances 2, people from the 30’s seasons get a chance to return, while so do the new era seasons (while also bringing back older players).

Here's a hypothetical (without winners) Seasons 1-10: Sue (Borneo), Colby (Australia), Kathy (Marquesas), Ian (Palau) Seasons 11-20: Cirie (Panama), Ozzy (Cook Islands), Amanda (China), Russell (Samoa) Seasons 21-30: Andrea (Redemption Island), Malcolm (Phillipines), Spencer (Cagayan), Shirin (World's Apart) Seasons 31-40: Dominick (Ghost Island), Angelina (David vs Goliath), Devens (Edge of Extinction), Lauren (Island of the Idols) Seasons 41-45: Shan (41), Jesse (43), Carolyn (44), Caleb (45) Of course this isn't perfect, for example, 1 contestant off meeting the diversity mandate, but it provides a good range of players from all eras of Survivor's history

I like the idea of a "Best to never win" theme. Probst recently did an interview with Rob C. and stated they definitely want to do something big for the 50th season but claims they aren't sure yet. I think that will be Jeff's final season as he'll be in mid 60s by then.

I had a concept that’d be interesting but probably extremely difficult to cast for called Winners vs. Warriors. One tribe of 10 Winners vs. one tribe of Warriors (one of the runners-up from each season that the competing Winners were from - basically being they fought their way to the top but couldn’t bring home the win).

Jelinsky is an obvious shoe in, it was genius to give up the challenges and the only reason he lost was because of luck, everybody voted at random CLEARLY because they would otherwise never vote out a Survivor Legend such as him.

I ran this season on BrantSteele simulation: Christian, Yam Yam, and Sandra were medevac'd in the premerge. Rupert, Rick, Angelina, and Parvati were voted out in the premerge. Rupert was first voted out although after Christian's medevac. Russel idol'd out Vepecia and Natalie idol'd out Rob (who also had an unplayed idol). The final 3 votes were all ties. Kim won 6 challenges in a row (3 immunity). Jesse gets third place with 1 vote, Cirie gets second with 3 votes, and Michele wins with 5 votes.

I appreciate the Vecepia pick because she deserved a second shot (and this would be fixing that) but in terms of a Legends theme, I'd give her spot to Jerri. Jerri is more of "legendary" player in terms of archetype and history, imo. For the modern era, I think Dee is the better overall player, but I would prefer Maryanne. Maryanne is a bigger personality and it would be fun to see her mix it up with people like Tony. Great picks overall, can't really argue with many.

I actually like your cast but here are some of my changes: Stpehanie LaGrossa over V. Nothing against V but I think Stephanie is the most iconic female player of the 10s. I wonder how she will do after Snake in the Grass and Traitors S1. Malcolm over Jeremy. Jeremy is great, but I think after Malcolm's last vote in GC, I really think he deserves another shot. Plus he is one of the most likeable player ever AND a genuine triple threat. Wentworth over Natalie. As much as I love Natalie, Wentworth is a name that keeps coming up as much as Parvati and I think she cemented herself as a legend. Janet over Michelle. I know it's hard casting anyone from 39, but I think Janet went through so much in that season and she may be one of the biggest heroes in the show's history. Shan over Dee. I think Shan is the biggest star of 41 even if her game was cut short halfway. Cody over Yam Yam. If only so I can have a rematch of Cody vs Jesse.

Survivor 50 - Legends vs. New Era All Stars. Played under new era rules. Two tribes of 8-10. That way you'd only need to find 8 worthy legends that would want to play (well 7 because Sandra would definitely be a yes lol). A very small percentage of your former winners or even Cirie's, Rupert's etc. are going to want to play again. And you could build a pretty solid 8 person tribe our of new era all stars. Erika, Ricard, Shan, Maryanne, Omar, Jesse, Yam Yam, Carson, Carolyn, Dee, Austin (take your pick of 8 of the and that's with four seasons left before 50) and I'm sure a lot more of them would play again

Here's an idea for a fan cast: Survivor: Wild Cards. Basically just Cambodia: Second Chance 2, but with people who are NEVER considered for a returnee season, but probably should be. Stacy from Fiji, Matty from Gabon, Taj from Tocantins, RC from Phillipines, Trish from Cagayan, Nadiya from SJDS why not, etc. Really subjective but could be fun to consider.

Surely they’ll do a returning players season at 8 instead of 10. They’ve never gone 10 seasons without having returning players and they’ve had so many great players they’re gonna want to have back.

Honestly the Final 6 Rock Draw was entirely because Hayden didn't want to be voted out. "Hey Ciera, if you make a big move you'll win the game" "Hey Ciera, they just told you that you're fourth out of their alliance of three so you'll be voted out next" "Oh look, I'm the vote target and so I become immune from the rock draw and have bought myself an extra round in the game". He knew who to put pressure on and how and it paid off.

If I have a say who gets in, the Legends season will be a Second Chance-Final Shot theme, and only players who have not returned yet, no winners, and each will be the sole returnee from their OG season: 1-10: Greg Buis/T-Bird Cooper/Ian Rosenberger/Christa Hastie 11-20: Shane Powers/Brett Clouser/Natalie Bolton/Crystal Cox 21-30: Eddie Fox/Jay Byers/Ashley Underwood/Carolyn Rivera 31-40: Daniel Rendering/Gavin Whitson/Cydney Gillon/Lauren Ashley Beck 41-present: Xander Hastings/Austin Li Coon/Drea Wheeler/Carolyn Wiger since its like a Final Shot season, nobody is allowed back again in the future.
