When you are happy with the results, trim all the seam allowance on the inside of the lining, trimming the corners at angles to reduce bulk.
TIP: I like to layer my seams which are thick such as those at the shoulders where the Melton Twill layers are, this just means trimming one seam allowance shorter than the other so you don't end up with bulk...
