at 25:40, this reminds me of something interesting that happened in JWA. I was waiting for a battle (on the searching screen) when it timed out and gave me an option to fight a bot (cups would not be affected, but you still receive the kill count for your daily). So I wonder if the game isn't all bots, but a mix of bots and real players (when randomly battling, not directly battling a friend).

I feel like a lot of that stuttering has to do with a myriad of things, though. People don't stutter just because. There's a deeper reason behind it. For instance, if someone is constantly talked over and interrupted all their life, that's going to leave a lasting impression on that person, where their mind thinks that they're going to be interrupted any second. Or, they're a better writer than they are a speaker.
