You're mentioning Custom Embedding Model, if so is indexing fully local? Is there a choice which LLM provider is used for agent core?

You can choose a local model for sure, you can add any model in Copilot setting. Agent behavior can be different for different models. Right now I’m focusing on gpt-4o-mini and gemini flash.

LLMs news update: - contextual RAG by anthropic increased RAG accuracy by... i forgot but it's quite significant - ollama now can use any GGUF models from huggingface (6000+ model) - obsidian copilot plus alpha launched - claude opus ai agent made crypto token launched and took off to make money

Amazing stuff, I agree ... you are building the best AI assistant for personal knowledge management. One question though.. this preview made it look like you need to log your life in a daily notes. If that's the case .. I would say that is a huge ask and assumption. I tried logging my doings, my stuff in all sort of daily notes through my life and... -> no! It would be great to have an assistant that you can ask those sort of questions over unstructured notes. Maybe I misunderstood this functionality? Great stuff .. nonetheless.

Great question. The time range query doesn’t just apply to daily notes, it checks all notes created/modified in that range. So you don’t have to use daily notes.
