The anti meta be like Every player who have a hood have just to swap cleanse and gg you are counter

I’ve tried out the hood of tenacity version of this set for even more anti heal but ig merc hood is a must for vs imp

yep you cant out heal it, it can litterly go to 100% anti heal with the hg debuff
