I was the spy and took them all out in almost the same room lol Luke, in a business suit, walked up to me in a customer area lol 17:28 so began the dumbest cat and mouse game I've ever been a part of lol 18:50. So if you slow it down, you can see there was 2 NPCs. Jerome desk popped and shot one.....I WAS THE OTHER. All I saw is that the person next to me just fell over and Jerome was arrested. A good way to use the bandana is to use it with the madman because a madman can only die via bullets so you can use the mask until you have all the money you need.

i wish they would abuse the penny strat where you can throw a coin and npcs swarm it. Its so good if you are running away cuz you can make a wall of npc or to distract guards or to go kill hunting and so much more.
