There is no "best" folder structure for a react project. The key is to have a standard convention that everyone in your team follows.

Please how can i link my online Database to Local Database for me to be able to sync my local to online

A local database (indexedDB) can't be linked to a remote database (MySql, postgreSQL, SQL Server, mongoDB, etc). The server-side databases have some script (PHP, Ruby, ASP.Net, etc) controlling access to them. You can use fetch to pass information between the browser and the server but you will have to write the code on both sides to manage it and it will depend on your data structures.

why dont you add the Themeprovidor and wrap it directly arround the abb instead of exporting it from the theme file. then it would be easier to send props to the theme through the providor.
